TxM
is a software product deigned to allow management and awareness
of the utilisation of a telephony system post implementation to
allow companies to ensure that the system is:
1.
Meeting the requirements of the business
2.
Users are utilizing the system to its maximum
3.
In the case of voicemail usage callers are not receiving
poor or slow response
4.
An adjunct management tool to System management and call
logging
TxM is designed as an engine which
can interrogate a telephony system to produce simple effective
management reports on any aspect of system utilisation
(dependant on system limitations in provision of data).
The product
has been driven by user request for such information and the
first application is TVM –
Total Voicemail Manager
Total
Voicemail Manager will provide the virtual real time or historic
detail of utilisation and use of any system or user mailbox with
the ability to show:
- Users not
utilizing voicemail
- Users
delaying responses to voicemail
- User
building up unread messages due to leave or no use
TxM will be available to end users
and system distributors for self installation or installation by
tba. Full product and on line support will be available and it
is intended that product upgrades will be made on line either
FOC or at a small cost.
The product is
totally flexible and although the current
TVM product is available now and
includes bespoke tailoring to individual clients ( logo ) and
full support at no additional cost .
